Recruitment Team Umbrella

 

PTM Recruiter:  Recruiters who will work directly in conjunction with those new graduates of a PTM Program.  The following universities and colleges include:  Ferris, Methodist, Tyler Jr. College.

 

USPTA “Testing” U30 Recruiter:  Recruiters who will contact those U30’s that recently tested and give them a welcome call to invite them to a conference call.

 

Area Recruiter:  Recruiting U30 candidates in your local area.  Getting in touch with as many U30 pro’s in your area and getting them involved in our group.  This falls under all of our plates as we can designate our area’s based upon our own locations.  Contacting Public and Private tennis facilities and inviting any and all U30’s to join the movement.  

 

Recruitment Team Responsibilities 

 

Getting in touch with as many U30 professionals in the Florida District and inviting them to join our group and get involved.  Covering all areas as a recruiter so that we can reach out to everyone.  Contacting new members and welcoming them to the USPTA and inviting them to any upcoming  conference call at that time.        

 

Recruitment Goals (Yearly)

 

*Attaining 5 new U30 members per month for next 4 months.  If we get more even better.   

*Getting over 50 U30 members signed up and registered to our upcoming        USPTA Convention in May 2015.

*Keeping in touch with all new and current members of the USPTA Florida U30 Group.  Attending all upcoming conference calls to stay updated.
