Membership
Goals: To get all new and current Florida U-30 USPTA pro’s upgraded while also helping them find and cultivate a mentor. Bring in and help develop new and current Florida U-30 USPTA pro’s throughout the certification and upgrade process and help guide them towards becoming a Master Professional. Retain current members
Responsibilities of Team Leader: Jonathan Call

Oversee the entire state by coordinating with regional team members.

Stay current on new education and testing requirements.

Bring in mentors to work with U-30 team members.
-
Work on membership retention within the group.
-
Find existing USPTA U-30’s that are not involved with the group and make an effort to recruit them.

Set deadlines for goals.
-
Always be trying to recruit new U-30 pro’s to the U-30 team.

Keep open communication between all regional team members.

Work with Glen Howe on keeping an updated list of new members while also determining which current members need to upgrade.

Organizing a committee conference call once a month

Report progress to Jason Gilbert.
Responsibilities of Regional Team Members:

Reach out and contact new members in your area.

Make an effort to include new members in as many events as possible and help them assimilate into your area.

Work on membership retention within the group.

Always be trying to recruit new U-30 pros to the U-30 team.

Stay current on new education and testing requirements.

Make sure that you are setting a good example by upgrading to a P-1 if you have not already done so.

Work on finding a mentor.

Report progress to Team Leader.
